So many thanks for the absolutely gorgeous house portrait that you did for our neighbors.  Your art work is so detailed and exact; it's an amazing likeness of the house -- even prettier, really.  From the tiny replica of the plaque near the back door to the various tree colors surrounding the house, you really captured the house.  I am going to be so proud to present this to our friends as a lasting memory of their first home.  And, I know they are going to be thrilled, as well.  The house as so many happy memories for them and they are going to be so excited to keep such wonderful memories in the front of their mind each time they look at your beautiful painting. This Texas home is my latest house portrait.  Size is 10 x 12 inches, all in watercolor. Sale Price: $200.00

This home sits on top of a mountain in North Carolina. Because of the detail this piece was made into an 18 x 24 and was $ 1,200.00 and took 5 weeks to complete. If I had to do this again, because of all the detail and photos I had to use... I would charge $1,600.00 and have it scanned to a CD like I did with this one.
